A long time ago, I had an idea for an app and a photo series which let folks take pictures of places they visited. Here are some of the results.

The idea was that the user would be presented with a blank "fill in the blanks" of images that they could take themselves, and use to make their own murals. Here are some in-progress shots and UX mockups.
Eventually, you would be able to share these pastiches with friends, or even order physical prints for your home. In my house I have hanging many of the prototype results seen above in physical form.
